How far in advance do I need to place my order so recipients receive them in time?
For bulk orders during the holiday season, please reach out to customer.care@cacaoatlanta.com to request your large-order shipping form. We require your completed order with recipients’ shipping details at least two weeks in advance of your preferred delivery date to ensure our Operations Team has time to process your items. Due to the unpredictable nature of holiday shipping, we can provide our shipment date though we're unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes! Let us know the gift message you would like to send and we will include your note in the order. We generally request you keep the total message to approximately 150 characters due to our size limitation on the card.
Can I customize my gift?
